If you decide to close your Remara account, we’re here to make the process straightforward and transparent.
Before You Close Your Account
Before closing your Remara account, please ensure:
- You have no pending transactions or active investments tied to your account.
- All outstanding distributions or dividends have been processed.
- Any required tax or compliance documentation has been downloaded and saved for your records.
Steps to Close Your Account
To request the closure of your Remara account, follow these steps:
1. Log into the App:
- Open the Remara app on your device.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
2. Select Delete Account from the options provided.
3. Complete the Verification Process:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request. This step helps us ensure the security of your account and your data.
4. Provide a Reason (Optional):
- You may be asked to share the reason for closing your account. This feedback is optional but helps us improve our services.
5. Confirm Your Request:
- After verification, confirm your request to delete your account. Your account will be marked for deletion.
What Happens After You Submit a Request?
- Once your request is submitted, we’ll begin the deletion process. This usually takes up to 30 days to ensure all legal and financial obligations are met.
- After 30 days, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted, except for data we are required to retain for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.
