Can I remove an app update?

Once the app is updated, the previous version will no longer be accessible. We realise it may take a little time to adapt to any new update. If you find yourself in need of assistance, the get help button under settings will connect you with our team.

Where do I find the sign out button?

You can log out of the Remara app at any time. Just tap on the settings icon in the bottom menu bar and select the ‘Sign out’ option.

How do I set up Two Factor Authentication?

You can set up Two Factor Authentication via the settings icon in the bottom menu bar. The app allows you to add extra security to your account through an additional verification method. Choose between biometrics (fingerprint or face), text message or an authentication app.
