Is the target return of RBA Cash Rate + 2.85% guaranteed?
The return is not guaranteed and is subject to underlying market conditions. The return (post fees) could be higher or lower than the target return.
When are the monthly distribution payments made?
Distributions are paid on or around the 15th of each month. Investors can apply to be paid in cash via their nominated bank account.
Can I reinvest my distribution?
Distributions can be reinvested back into the Investment Grade Credit Fund. Investors can apply to have their monthly distributions paid out in cash into their nominated bank account.
Can I withdraw my investment?
Investors are provided with an open period each month to apply to withdraw their invested funds if they wish to do so.
Is Remara a bank?
No, Remara is an investment manager regulated by the Australian Investment and Securities Commission via a Financial Services Licence.
Is an investment into the Investment Grade Credit Fund covered under the Commonwealth deposit guarantee scheme?
No, as Remara is not an Australian deposit taking institution, the investment is not covered under the guarantee.
How do I invest?

How long do I need to commit my money to the Fund?
There is no minimum commitment period however the Responsible Entity only expects to provide monthly redemptions for holders of Monthly Units.
How do I make additional investments?
Investors may make additional investments by completing the Application Form which can be accessed at Remara Investor Portal or via the Remara Investment App. Additional investments may only be made in increments of 1,000 units unless otherwise agreed upon by the Manager.
What measures are in place to provide capital protection?
The Fund is not considered a capital protected or capital guaranteed product; however, Remara undertakes extensive due diligence with the aim of preserving capital. Measures include in-depth analysis on undertaken loans, first-loss provisions, and restrictions on borrowers in the form of covenants. However, there is no guarantee investors in the Fund will not incur losses.
